All our existing customers are provided with the number for our 24/7 customer service line should you need to contact us after hours. If your goods or furniture is on board one of our trucks, we are always here to help.
Charm Removals suggests you read our removals insurance page for full details. We hold all required professional removal insurances however your furniture and items will be transported at your own risk. We recommend you take out removals insurance. Check your Home and Contents policy as some cover your goods during a move or offer an option for this. Please contact one of our move coordinators for more information on 1300 113 552.
Locally there is no fee. If you have booked a move with us interstate your $500.00 deposit is non-refundable. You can put your deposit towards another move with Charm Removals, provided it is within 12 months of your original booking. Our friendly staff are happy to assist with any date changes you require subject to availability.
Your move can still go ahead. Your moving team will cover your furniture prior to carrying out your goods and lay down protection over your floor and carpet at each location of your move.
Charm Removals can start as early as 7am.
All our customers are given one week notice, 24 hour notice and finally a SMS one hour ETA from your removalists.
