Charm Removals falls under the Australian government essential services classification and will therefore continue to operate under strict Covid safe protocols. Charm Removals closely monitors the situation in all Australian state and territories and acts accordingly to all advice provided from local state governments.
Any customers that have tested positive or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive will need to reschedule their relocation.
We have changed many aspects of our procedures to cater to our new way of life. Charm Removals provides all the correct PPE for our crews, including face masks and gloves. All Charm trucks are stocked with thermometers, antibacterial wipes and sanitisers.
All our crew have mandatory Covid testing every three and seven days at freight testing facilities around Australia. Our crew and trucks are up to date with all freight and logistics passes to enter all states and territories.
